Hi, I'm BrianThe last fifteen years of my career have been 100% online, working from home and building / supporting software businesses. AppZapper is my personal favorite so far.This COVID-19 situation is unbelievable. It's hard. Medical staff are today's heroes. They're working incredibly hard and need support. I really feel for those who are carrying the weight. But we all need support in a global pandemic.I'm starting this new project with a silly name, because I want to contribute. I don't want to be sidelined just because the rest of the economy is transforming before our eyes.A big area of need I've identified -- is helping guys get clear on what they can do -- using today's technology and opportunities.Who might you be?You probably are 27+ years old and may have some deep expertise. You want to figure out how to get your piece of this Internet-business pie.
You see young people working their social magic and amassing an audience of 50K on social media but you're lucky to get to 1,000 followers anywhere.

My take is that we need to become a NOOB again. We need to give up our adult posture and start getting our hands dirty making stuff.Like the 3rd graders who get finger-paint all over their clothes, we need to stop thinking our ideas, our reputation, or our outcomes are too precious.Everybody says you have to make mistakes. We hear it. We understand the words. And yet, we're not doing it.Tennis. Challenge. People.Tennis.
We need somebody hitting the ball back over the net if we're ever going to learn how to serve and clear the net.Challenge.
We need a challenge. If you're like me, a focusing challenge to get something done in 30 minutes might double your productivity for the day / week.

People.Without others, there's no point to any of this. If we can certainly give help, but asking and receiving help is hard. People make us smarter. They tell us exactly how they've done things, created things and how we can do it to. People focus us with interesting questions and debate. They get us in the game. So, I created this brand MakeThisButter.MakeThisButter -- could be MakeThisBetter ( because I constantly try to see what else could be done -- or how it can be done differently or more easily. )The Twitter for @MakeThisBetter was not available, and I'm trying to see if I can grow a product business mostly based on Twitter. This, like the things I'll have you do if you join us, is an experiment. It's an experiment to see if we can actually do anything and get a result.

Here are some starters.Can we humble ourselves?Can we collaborate?Can we share work that reveals our limited skills?My answer is -- yes.Nobody is coming to hold your hand and walk you gently down the red carpet to your throne of success.If you have kids, you need to model action. If you have a partner, let them see you grinding. If you're in a group of online buddies, let them see you suck at your versions 1,2,3,4,5.Why? Why struggle? Why try dumb stuff?I'm just one guy, but I have experienced a life-changing breakthrough.
